🚚 Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through the iKlara website. We are committed to processing your order quickly and ensuring your plant-based premixes arrive safely.

1. Order Processing & Handling

Processing Time: All orders are processed, packaged, and prepared for shipment within 1 To 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) from the date of purchase.
Order Cutoff: Orders placed after [2:00 PM IST] on a business day will begin processing the following business day.
Notification: You will receive a separate confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

2. Tracking

Tracking Number: Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

3. Damages, Loss & Address Errors

Damaged Orders: If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately at support@iklara.in and provide photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work with you to file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement.

Lost or Stolen Packages: iKlara is responsible for delivering the packaging to the carrier. Once the tracking shows the item has been delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, please contact us if your package is missing after delivery, and we will assist you in filing a lost package claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Address: If an incorrect address is provided by the customer at checkout, and the order is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges plus the cost of re-shipping the package.
